Ag, everything is bad. SO. Important notes:
Name: Mischa, or Cara.
I can't really decide, so you can totally pick one.
The arm: Mischa/Cara ate her arm off, and has a pokey bone at the end, past the exposed flesh, which can possibly be used as a weapon if needed. If you don't like the idea, you can just give her an arm stump.

If you wanna give her a little restraint mask, I think one with a little bear face'd be cute. Mischa means bear in Russian, so it fits. xD

Her personality is kind of ditzy and clueless, and she's really immature.
